Rules:

- Single barbless hooks
- Oklahoma Fishing license
- Trout Stamp required
Appointments:
Chimney
Rock Hollow will be shown by appointment only during
the day or evening. Contact us
today to schedule your appointment!
Reservations:
A non-refundable reservation of $400.00 is required
to reserve your wedding/event date and time. The balance of your
package is due 90 days prior to the wedding/event. All upgrades
must be paid two weeks before the event. All payments must be made
by the due date or reservation/deposit will be forfeited and event
considered cancelled.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservation Fees: Reservation fees are non-refundable.
Package Fees: No package fees will be returned within
90 days of the scheduled event. All refunds on fees paid are at
the discretion of Chimney
Rock Hollow management.
Postponements and Date Changes:
Postponements and Date changes must be made in writing
75 days before the event takes place and are subject to availability
and a fee of $100.00.
Damage Deposit & Rental
Guideline Conditions:
A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is required
three weeks prior to the event. the deposit will be applied to any
damage you or your guests cause. The deposit will be returned within
one week of your event. Any of the following could cause you to
lose your damage deposit:
- No Rice may be thrown.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
- Champagne, Beer, and Wine are the only forms of alcohol permitted
on the grounds of Chimney
Rock Hollow.
- Any damage to Chimney
Rock Hollow grounds or facility, including littering.
Agreements of the Rental Party:
- Chimney Rock Hollow, LLC shall not be held responsible for any
lost, stolen, or damaged property incurred by you or your guests.
- Guests agree to release and not hold Chimney Rock Hollow, LLC,
including attorney fees and costs incurred from all claims, demand,
suits, or judgments of the Chapel or Reception are including,
but not limited to, any damages in injury or even death.
- Chimney Rock Hollow, LLC will not be responsible for any power
failure which might occur prior and during the event.
